This item represents a deposit for your roast order.  This deposit will be deducted from your total when you pick up your order.

Note: This roast is graded USDA Prime and is the most marbled and flavorful "Prime Rib" roast option available.
A classic roast for any season, the boneless "Prime Rib" roast is a highly marbled, larger roast perfect for serving a crowd.  Roasts are available from 3 - 16 pounds. Larger single roasts may be available in-store in limited quantities.  We recommend ordering a tied roast as this allows even cooking.

For a larger crowd or for those that prefer a "more done" roast, we recommend ordering more than one roast to obtain the desired total weight.  Two smaller tenderloin roasts will cook faster and more evenly, but leave less "rare" section in the center.


For all the flavor and none of the fuss, select a Rubbed option below.  We'll lovingly rub your roast with your choice of Traditional Prime Rib Rub OR our House Blend of olive oil, fresh garlic and everyone's favorite...Papa Joe's Southern Salt.
