A holiday classic, sure to impress even the most discerning guests. The Standing Rib Roast, or Bone-In "Prime Rib", is a highly marbled, larger roast perfect for serving a crowd. Sold by the bone in sets of 2, 3, 4, 5, or 7 bones, each bone is approximately 2 to 2.5 pounds.
We recommend ordering a boned & tied roast as this allows even cooking and the benefit of "bone-in" flavor without the hassle of carving around bones. Simply snip the butcher's twine to remove the bone plate and watch your guests vie for who gets the dinosaur ribs.
